Kyotaki Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Shunan City, Yamaguchi Prefecture, Representative Director: Takahisa Kyotaki) will launch its special shaved ice series "2026 Summer Limited Kakigori," made with luxurious fruits and carefully selected ingredients, sequentially from July 1st as a limited summer menu at "YUNAGI Cafe," a scenic bakery cafe with an attractive ocean view of the Seto Inland Sea.

The first phase, from July 1st (Wed) to 6th (Mon), will be a pre-launch period (limited quantity), with "Peach Milk" and "Matcha Kinako" officially available starting from Tanabata on July 7th (Tue). In the second phase, starting July 21st (Tue), we will add "Fruit Milk" and "Pine Milk," adorned with abundant fruits, and two special summer drinks to our lineup.

Background of "2026 Summer Limited Kakigori" Development

Since its grand opening in November 2025, "YUNAGI Cafe" has been enjoyed by many customers for its freshly baked bread and aromatic coffee, along with the spectacular ocean view. This summer, we have developed special custom shaved ice that allows you to feel the ultimate coolness while gazing at the calm Seto Inland Sea spreading out before you. We deliver quality unique to a bakery cafe, focusing not only on visual beauty but also on the "fluffy" texture of the ice that gently melts in your mouth and the combination of fruits and Japanese ingredients that take center stage.
