"Taeko Onuki Concert: Peter and Friends 2026" Announced! Fastest Advance Ticket Sales Begin Today, March 26th (Thursday) at 22:00!

It has been announced that singer-songwriter Taeko Onuki will hold her "Taeko Onuki Concert: Peter and Friends 2026" in Osaka, Tokyo, and Fukuoka in July.

This popular concert series, carefully nurtured by Taeko Onuki, a singer-songwriter who has long been a driving force in the Japanese music scene, has been held annually since 2023. The event has been well-received for its special composition and direction, centering on sounds from original multi-tracks and songs using sequencers and synthesizers. This announcement marks the fourth year of the series.

Onuki has remained active in recent years, and her long-standing creative activities and significant contributions to Japanese pop music and artistic culture have been highly praised. In March of this year, she was awarded the Reiwa 7 (76th) Art Encouragement Prize for Popular Entertainment. Her artistry and the achievements of her continuous musical activities were honored. Her body of work, beloved across generations, and her sincere approach to music continue to fascinate many listeners.

The venues are Sankei Hall Breeze in Osaka on Saturday, July 4th; The Garden Hall in Ebisu on Friday, July 10th and Sunday, July 19th; and Fukuoka Civic Hall (Medium Hall) on Wednesday, July 15th.
