Kyaeen Amano, supervised a special curry, confident in its commercialization!

On March 28, three types of retort curries supervised by Hiroyuki Amano of Kyaeen, "Beef Bone Soup Ultimate Beef Curry," "Chicken Paitan Soup Spicy Chicken Curry," and "Pork Bone Soup Spicy Pork Curry," were released. To commemorate this, a free tasting event was held at Ario Kitasuna store in Tokyo.

These products are retort curries packed with Amano's particularこだわり, known for his cooking skills. The "Beef Bone Soup Ultimate Beef Curry" uses Korean beef dashi "Dashida" as the base for the roux, which pairs perfectly with the thoroughly simmered beef shank. The "Chicken Paitan Soup Spicy Chicken Curry" features tender chicken breast and quail eggs, making it a highlight. While based on a mild chicken paitan soup, it is a superb dish with a rich aroma of spices. The "Pork Bone Soup Spicy Pork Curry," containing chunky diced pork, balances the mildness of pork bone soup with the sharpness of ginger and black pepper. All of them are curries that can be enjoyed by both adults and children.

Amano, who appeared at the event, carefully explained the details of the curry to the large number of visitors. The inspiration came from the "Amano-kai," a gathering of celebrities who admire Amano, where his homemade curry was popular. He wanted many people to try it, and then received an offer to commercialize it. As it was a confident work that took a year of trial and error, he loudly appealed, "I am proud to say that we have created three distinctively rich and delicious curries."

Then, as a surprise special guest for the tasting event, his partner Udo Suzuki appeared. Disguised as a general customer with a wig and glasses, Udo wandered around the event venue with Amano's curry in his shopping basket, completely surprising Amano, who had not been informed at all. Amano happily retorted, "I had no idea!" and "You didn't say anything yesterday when we were doing YouTube together!"

Udo played the fool by tasting the three curries disguised as three different people. In his food report, he livened up the venue with puns related to the curry's characteristics, such as "The deliciousness of the beef bone soup is packed in (gyu-tto)," all for his beloved Amano.

After the talk, the two handed out curry to the visitors. Many visitors rushed to the venue and thoroughly enjoyed the curry handed to them by Amano.
