Cheese Garden, part of the Colowide Group (Kuraya Co., Ltd., Headquarters: Nasushiobara City, Tochigi Prefecture; President: Rei Kubota), will hold 'Cheese Garden Presents Cheese Town NASU 2026', an event where you can enjoy Nasu's cheese even more, for two days on Saturday, May 9, and Sunday, May 10, 2026, at the JR Nasushiobara Station West Exit Plaza (Nasushiobara City, Tochigi Prefecture). We will offer numerous contents that allow you to eat, learn about, and experience Nasu's cheese, such as special menus using Nasu cheese, pairings with local alcohol, and a string cheese making experience.

Nasushiobara City, where 'Kuraya Co., Ltd.', the operator of Cheese Garden, is headquartered, is the top dairy farming area in Honshu for raw milk production, home to many farms and cheese workshops. Therefore, under the concept of 'making Nasu a cheese town', we will hold an event featuring various contents to help people feel closer to Nasu's natural cheese. At this event, with the cooperation of the Nasu Natural Cheese Study Group to which Nasu's cheese workshops belong, you can fully enjoy the appeal of Nasu's cheese. At the event venue, we have prepared many opportunities to interact with cheese, including Nasu cheese sales booths, food and beverage booths where you can enjoy pairings with Japanese sake, craft beer, and wine as well as special cheese menus, a string cheese making experience where you can taste freshly made cheese, and a cheese quiz competition. Additionally, an original event book that explores the charm of Nasu's cheese will also be on sale.
