(Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President and Representative Director: Takako Wakatsuki, hereinafter: KKDJ) will release two new products, inspired by the popular aquarium favorite "penguin" and the sparkling "drift ice" on the water's surface, under the theme "COOL SUMMER LOVIN'". These will be available for a limited time at all Krispy Kreme Doughnut stores*1 starting July 15, 2026 (Wed). *1 Excludes some retail stores and special events other than KKD stores.

Launching as the heat intensifies, these donuts are perfect for summer, with refreshing visuals inspired by "penguins" and "drift ice." Their cool appearance and charming designs are sure to bring smiles and add color to summer holidays, Obon gatherings, and other moments spent with family and friends.

"Penguin Custard" is a donut inspired by the popular aquarium resident, "penguin," making its first appearance from KKDJ. The fluffy dough is filled with rich custard cream made with Hokkaido milk, covered in a vanilla-flavored blue coating to resemble a penguin, and its cute belly is expressed with milky white chocolate. A touch of bitter chocolate creates its beady eyes, and a custard-flavored coating forms its beak.

"Drift Ice White Chocolate Ring" is a donut inspired by the sparkling, cool "drift ice" reflecting the sunlight. The popular No.1 "Original Glazed®" is coated in milky white chocolate and topped with crunchy clear-colored sugar and blue popping candy that crackles in your mouth. This product offers not only a cool visual but also an enjoyable texture. When placed next to "Penguin Custard," you can enjoy a summery world that evokes a refreshing ocean scene.
