Formulation of "Craftia Group Human Rights Policy"

Craftia Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") announces the formulation of the "Craftia Group Human Rights Policy." Based on our corporate philosophy of "aiming to be a human-centered company that utilizes and nurtures people," we have consistently positioned respect for human rights as a prerequisite for corporate activities, with the "Craftia Code of Conduct" at its core, and have engaged in business activities that respect human rights. Recognizing that respect for human rights in business activities is a fundamental and important responsibility of a company, we decided to re-articulate our approach and stance on human rights as the Craftia Group in an independent document, making it clear both internally and externally. This policy outlines the Craftia Group's basic philosophy and initiatives for respecting human rights in all aspects of its business activities, based on domestic and international human rights norms, including the United Nations "Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights." Moving forward, based on this policy, we will continuously promote human rights initiatives to contribute to the realization of a sustainable society and further enhance corporate value, while also fostering an organization where all employees can confidently exercise their abilities through the development of a psychologically safe workplace environment.
