Kracie × Heralbony Start Joint Creation

Kracie Co., Ltd. has started a joint creation project with Heralbony Co., Ltd., which aims to transform the image of disability (*1) and create new culture starting from welfare, with the mission of "Unleash Your Unique Talents." Kracie, with its corporate slogan "A Tomorrow We Can Be Enthusiastic About" and a basic philosophy of "Continuously Caring for People," offers products that enrich people's lives across a wide range of fields including "medicine, food, beauty, and comfort." In March 2024, the "D&C Promotion Office (*3)" was established to promote internal DE&I (*2) and foster a corporate culture that embraces challenges, envisioning "CRAZY KRACIE." The company is committed to creating an internal environment where each employee can leverage their strengths, work proactively, and feel a sense of purpose. Through this joint creation with Heralbony, Kracie aims to create a society where "A Tomorrow We Can Be Enthusiastic About" can be realized by experiencing diverse differences and values regardless of the presence of disability, and by providing products and services that cater to more people's lives. Furthermore, by utilizing Heralbony's resources for internal training and events, Kracie will further deepen employees' understanding of diversity, cultivate awareness, and promote DE&I initiatives to contribute to the practice of "Continuously Caring for People." *1 Based on the idea that societal barriers exist, Heralbony intentionally uses the kanji for "harm" (害) to represent "disability." *2 Abbreviation of Diversity / Equity / Inclusion. *3 Abbreviation of Diversity & CRAZY. ■ Internal Training Utilizing Programs from "HERALBONY ACADEMY" In October 2025, internal training on diversity was conducted for managerial employees, utilizing training programs developed by "HERALBONY ACADEMY." The training included discussions on organizations where diversity thrives, as well as exchanges of opinions on "unconscious bias" and "psychological safety." Finally, a workshop was held where participants declared specific actions to implement in their respective departments. ■ Kracie×HERALBONY Concept Movie Released A concept movie was produced to mark the full-scale start of the joint creation and was released on the newly established "Kracie×HERALBONY Special Site." For its production, Kracie employees visited "Yamanami Kobo," where many artists contracted with Heralbony belong, to observe art creation and interact with the artists. As a unique initiative by Kracie, which offers products that are close to people's daily lives, a collaboration between artists' works and Kracie products has been realized to allow more people to understand the significance of this joint creation. As the first phase, a limited-time "Cool Body Soap (Heralbony Design)" from "Naive," made with 100% plant-derived cleansing ingredients, perfect for summer, will be released on Friday, May 22, 2026. The package features art by Kaoru Sugimoto, a contracted artist with Heralbony. While maintaining the "gentleness" and "plant-based" image cherished by "Naive," this special design incorporates the refreshing feel and originality of Ms. Sugimoto's art. https://www.kracie.co.jp/company/heralbony/naive/ Born in 1979, residing in Shiga Prefecture. Joined "Yamanami Kobo" in 1998. Her first task upon joining Yamanami was papermaking using milk cartons. During this process, her role was to roll the extracted paper fibers into small balls with her palms. More than 20 years later, that task is no longer part of her routine, and her activities have changed, but even now, when she thinks of work, it involves the act of rolling fibers with both hands. Today, with an expanded range of activities, she selects her favorite colors using paper cups and carefully stamps each one. The circles on the paper cups stack up in various colors, creating a vibrant finish. For her, the act of rolling clay into balls and stamping has become her work, connecting her to a sense of accomplishment, purpose, and motivation. ■ Heralbony Co., Ltd.
