The 18th "Kurasu Ehon Campaign" to Transform Your Memories into a Professional Picture Book Relaunches with a New Look!

Kracie Co., Ltd. will be holding the "Kurasu Ehon Campaign 2026" from April 1st (Wednesday) to May 29th (Friday), in which submitted episodes of memories will be transformed into "one-of-a-kind original picture books" by professional picture book creators and presented to the winners. This highly popular campaign is now in its 18th iteration.

Kracie invites everyone to submit episodes related to connections with people and memories felt in daily life. From the selected entries, three works will be professionally transformed into real picture books and presented to the winners. Please take this opportunity to submit your unforgettable childhood memories, heartwarming moments with your children or family, fun memories that make you burst out laughing, or family episodes you never want to forget.

The three优秀賞 (Excellence Award) winning works will be chosen by votes from Kracie employees and "Kracie Tanpopo Member" members. In past selections, we received warm comments that resonated with everyone, such as: "It was so similar to my own situation that I was genuinely moved without any sense of discomfort," "Finding unexpected happiness in everyday life felt like it led to daily richness," "There were many times when an adult was reminded of something and surprised by a child's sensibility," and "Acts of caring for others warmed my heart and brought tears to my eyes. Please submit episodes and titles related to connections with people and memories felt in daily life, in a text of 200 characters or more (200 to 800 characters. Must be original. Submissions that have been previously posted or published elsewhere, or that describe imagined or dream worlds are not eligible. Additionally, dramatization of real-life experiences is not permitted).

Application period: April 1, 2026 (Wednesday) to May 29, 2026 (Friday) until 23:59

■ Excellence Award Prizes

From the submitted episodes, the campaign secretariat will make selections, and Kracie employees and "Kracie Tanpopo Member" members will vote to select three Excellence Award winners. These works will be bound into 25cm square original picture books by professional copywriters and illustrators and delivered to the individuals. Furthermore, these works will be published as web picture books on the Kracie website.
