Kracie Pharma Co., Ltd., which sells over-the-counter and prescription Kampo medicines, will renew "asu-mite," a self-check service under the Kampo Therapy brand that addresses individual physical concerns, and will begin offering it on the Kampo Therapy brand website (URL: https://www.kracie.co.jp/ph/k-therapy/asumite/) from Tuesday, March 31, 2026.

"asu-mite" is a self-check service that allows users to find recommended Kampo medicines by entering their symptoms and answering several questions from "asu-mite." In addition to finding recommended Kampo medicines, various consultations related to Kampo medicine, such as easy ways to take them, are also possible. The service was launched in April 2023 with the desire to alleviate the difficulty of understanding Kampo medicine, such as "there are so many types, I don't know which one to choose" and "I don't know who to consult," and to make "Kampo medicine feel more familiar." This time, aiming to further improve the customer experience, we have renewed "asu-mite" by introducing our company's first generative AI. By utilizing the renewed "asu-mite," it is now possible to perform more accurate self-checks by allowing users to input their individual symptoms in their own words, which could not be fully captured by conventional multiple-choice questions, and by repeating questions and answers. Through this renewal, "Kampo Therapy" will continue to help more customers choose Kampo medicines, making them feel more familiar with Kampo medicines and enabling them to lead comfortable daily lives.
