Past Operation and Planning Achievements

We have been responsible for numerous event operations and planning, primarily receiving high praise from many clients for music events, various seminars, and lectures.

"COMING KOBE 25"

COMING KOBE is one of Japan's largest free charity music festivals, aiming to convey the memory of the Great Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake and raise disaster prevention awareness.

Started in 2005, it is held annually in spring, mainly at Kobe Meriken Park. Artists from various genres such as rock, punk, pop, and idol perform, expanding the circle of support through music. Donations from visitors and crowdfunding are used to support disaster-stricken areas. It is a community-based event with many students and local volunteers participating.

Within this, our company participated as volunteer staff, carrying out part of the operation of each live venue.

"MASHUP FESTIVAL kobe"

'MASHUP FESTIVAL kobe' will be held for the first time in 2025.

Set in the redeveloping Kobe Bay Area (Waterfront Area), seven festivals representing Hyogo Prefecture will each develop their unique live areas, and visitors can freely move between multiple venues with a single wristband.

Given the scale of the venues and the special collaboration of seven festivals from within the prefecture, performances by artists of various genres were showcased as the largest festival in the prefecture.

Within this, our company participated as event staff, carrying out part of the venue operation.

"Tenma Music Festival"

The Tenma Music Festival is an event organized by local residents and music lovers, where professional and amateur musicians can enjoy various genres of music.

Aimed at revitalizing the community and promoting interaction through music, it is held at 21 venues including the Osaka City Kita Ward Citizens' Center Hall (near JR Tenma Station) as the main venue, Ogimachi Museum Cube, OAP (Osaka Amenity Park), Yomiuri Shimbun Osaka Head Office Y Square, Ten-san OKG (within Tenjinbashi-suji Shopping Street), vocational schools, elementary schools, junior high schools, temples, churches, cafes, and live houses.

Approximately 200 groups of musicians, from singer-songwriters to rock, jazz, and gospel, perform across all genres. A characteristic feature is the intimate atmosphere where audiences and performers can enjoy themselves at close proximity in each venue.

Our company, as a cooperating company, continued to carry out venue direction duties (20 out of 21 venues) from last year (2024). In addition, we participated as a project member from the event planning stage, playing a part in the event's success.

In addition to these, we have been involved in the operation and planning of various other events, not limited to music events, such as seminars and lectures.
