KPMG and Anthropic have announced the launch of 'KPMG Digital Gateway Powered by Claude,' built on the generative AI 'Claude.' This service, part of a global alliance, combines Anthropic's state-of-the-art AI technology, KPMG's domain expertise, and a shared commitment to ensuring security and reliability in AI. Initial deployment will focus on tax and private equity sectors.

By integrating 'Claude' into KPMG's 'Digital Gateway' platform, clients can build real-time agentic workflows to enhance output quality. Additionally, KPMG US is incorporating 'Claude' into its private equity services and collaborating on developing new solutions for portfolio companies.

### Extending Claude Capabilities in Digital Gateway

'Digital Gateway' is KPMG's global technology platform built on Microsoft Azure, integrating the firm’s tax expertise, proprietary tools, and client data. It serves as the foundation for KPMG professionals to build and utilize AI tools. Integrating 'Claude' enables real-time collaboration with AI to develop new functions and workflows.

### Delivering Value to PE Clients

KPMG US acts as a core consultant for PE clients adopting Anthropic’s AI capabilities. This enables portfolio companies to effectively utilize Anthropic’s AI and agents to boost productivity and accelerate the creation of AI-enabled products and services.

### Enhancing Operations with Claude

KPMG's 276,000 professionals will gain access to Anthropic's 'Claude' AI. This initiative builds on two years of experience using 'Claude' within KPMG US’s advisory, AI & Data Lab, and enterprise support teams. As part of this alliance, both firms will assist clients in restructuring business functions and co-developing novel AI-enabled products and services. For example, 'KPMG Blaze' for PE clients incorporates 'Claude Code' to accelerate IT modernization and reduce development cycles.

Through this alliance, KPMG and Anthropic will integrate cybersecurity, risk management, and AI assurance into the design and operation of AI systems and tools.
