[The Story of "No. 6 Yeast" on the Occasion of Our 6th Anniversary.]

To express our gratitude to our valued customers, Plaiga TOKYO, a modern French restaurant in Marunouchi, Tokyo, will celebrate its 6th anniversary on June 17, 2026, and will host a special pairing fair featuring "No.6" sake from Aramasa Sake Brewery in Akita Prefecture, starting the following day, June 18.

This fair will feature pairings inspired by the milestone of our "6th anniversary" and the "Kyo-kai No. 6 yeast," which holds significant importance in the history of Japanese sake.

Aramasa Sake Brewery's signature brand "No.6" is a series brewed with the aim of expressing the characteristics of "Kyo-kai No. 6 yeast," the oldest existing sake yeast.

Delivered under strict temperature control, its taste possesses delicate aromas and clarity, earning high acclaim both domestically and internationally as a new charm of Japanese sake.

We will propose the beauty of "fermentation" and "time" pursued by Aramasa Sake Brewery, alongside carefully selected seasonal ingredients from all over Japan, through Plaiga TOKYO's unique French cuisine.
