Introduction to 'Sapporo Tanmen Vegetatsu'

This is a tanmen restaurant concept themed around 'consuming lots of vegetables deliciously.' We offer the ultimate tanmen, fully utilizing the savory aroma and umami of vegetables stir-fried over high heat.

◆ Introduction to Limited-Time Menu

We will be selling 'aburasoba' (soupless oil noodles), which is rare for a tanmen restaurant, at the Sapporo Tanmen Vegetatsu Ichigaya and Kasai stores.

The product developer shared the background of this development: 'Even in summer, when ramen consumption tends to decline, we thought consumers would enjoy our brand concept of "consuming lots of vegetables deliciously" by offering aburasoba without hot soup.'

Last year, we offered the 'Cold Soup Miso Ramen and Luxury Vegetable Stir-fry Set Meal' as a summer menu item, which was also highly praised. Considering that serving the vegetable stir-fry and cold noodles separately might not be the right answer for a tanmen specialty store—where noodles and vegetables should ideally be eaten together—we decided to offer aburasoba topped with 300g of 8 types of stir-fried vegetables this summer.

The noodles will be offered at the same price for both 1 portion and 1.5 portions. Additionally, 'oimeshi' (extra rice to mix with leftover sauce) is available for an extra 50 yen.

'Luxury Vegetable Homemade Fish Broth Aburasoba' 930 yen (tax included)

Please mix well and enjoy our homemade fish broth oil—created by slowly and carefully infusing the umami and aroma of carefully selected fish flakes into the oil at each store over time—with chewy, medium-thick curly noodles made from 100% Hokkaido wheat, and 300g of 8 types of crisp vegetables stir-fried over high heat.

'Luxury Vegetable Homemade Spicy Miso Aburasoba' 1,000 yen (tax included)

Our spicy umami sauce, made by kneading several types of spicy seasonings with original miso based on 'Koitten' from Iwata Brewery in Hokkaido into oil, is also made in-house at each store. This was inspired by consumer survey results indicating a desire to eat 'spicy' food when it's 'hot.'

When the sweetness from the chewy noodles and crisp vegetables mixes with the spicy miso, it results in an irresistibly addictive bowl.
