Koyo Fudosan Obtains 'Resilience Certification' for National Resilience Contribution

　Koyo Fudosan Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Sapporo; President: Katsuyoshi Abe) has been judged compliant in the field of business continuity (self-help) under the 'National Resilience Contribution Organization Certification (Resilience Certification)' created by the National Resilience Promotion Office of the Cabinet Secretariat, and became a certified organization as of March 31, 2026.

This certification is a system that evaluates and certifies organizations that have a system in place to prevent business interruption or to recover quickly even if interrupted, in the event of crisis situations such as large-scale natural disasters, infectious diseases, or system failures.

■ First Certification as a Real Estate Company in Hokkaido

Our company is the first real estate company in Hokkaido to obtain this certification. This is in recognition of our ongoing efforts, including the development of a business continuity system and daily training and reviews that we have promoted to date.
