■ The Origin of the Dream: A Journey Begun in 2018 from Family Caregiving Experience

At the root of this dream are the activities of 'Kounofuku,' which we have carefully cultivated since 2018. From our family's caregiving experience, we felt challenges with putting on/taking off clothes and skin troubles, so we have continued to listen to each person's voice as 'consultative, supportive clothing,' producing items made to order to meet individual needs.

Through dialogues with hundreds of people, we saw those who had to give up their beloved fashion due to changes in their bodies.

Nevertheless, as life restrictions such as eating and moving increased, we became convinced that 'clothes are an important means to express oneself until the very end.' 'Clothes are not just fabric; they become a source of vitality.' To deliver this conviction to more people, in 2024, we began to draw up new plans.

■ February 2025: Birth of Inclusive Fashion 'Kirukiseki'

'We want to deliver clothes that allow people to continue dressing beautifully and comfortably, regardless of their physical condition.' With this single-mindedness, I, who had no prior experience in apparel, set out to develop our own fabric from scratch, seeking the ideal skin feel.

The innovations that allow people to continue wearing familiar clothes, adapting to changes in their bodies and environment, were all born from conversations with our customers.

Thus, in February 2025, we released 'Kirukiseki - Wearing Miracle.' High-quality domestic gauze without synthetic fibers, and customization features that adapt to bodily changes. These are not mere 'functions' but 'technologies of kindness' for not letting go of one's individuality at any stage of life.

■ Towards Realizing Our Dream: What We Will Do Next

• Spreading Value Through 'Skin Experience': We will expand the power of natural materials, which everyone finds comfortable regardless of care needs, to select shops and department stores nationwide.

• Building an Inclusive Platform: We will create a system where optimal specifications tailored to physical conditions can be easily ordered online, establishing an environment where 'everyone can purchase easily'.

• From Hiroshima to the World: Armed with Japan's outstanding textile technology and design, we will deliver 'Kirukiseki' to closets worldwide, starting with international fashion shows.
