The event is organized by "Kotori Cafe Co., Ltd." (1-8-6 Uenosakuragi, Taito-ku, Tokyo), which operates "Kotori Cafe" in Ueno, Tokyo, where you can enjoy sweets and tea while observing small birds. This year, "Bird Festival," which has been held nationwide, will take place in Hiroshima in April.
