This facility is a completely private, exclusive-rental villa designed with the concept of a "short-term reset space" for urban dwellers.

Prior to its opening, on June 25, 2026, a press tour was held, inviting members of the press and individuals involved in the facility's creation.

On the day of the event, Yoshio Itoi, Special Advisor to KOTOMOS Holdings Inc. and former professional baseball player, also participated.
