There were about 250 attendees. On the day, welcoming remarks were given by the President and the Chairman, followed by the presentation of letters of appointment and determination speeches by each new employee.

What our company has valued since its founding is trust and reliability. The trust and reliability we have built with the local community is our greatest asset. I hope that with the active participation of all of you who joined today, this will grow even thicker. I want you to walk through your life as a working adult with pride and responsibility.
You will likely be exposed to various tasks during the three-month training starting now, but the first year after joining is an especially important period. You may be assigned to a department you did not request, but I want you to consider it an opportunity to broaden your horizons and spend this time positively and proactively.
What we ask of our new employees is to bring a fresh breeze to the Kosugi Real Estate Holdings Group with your youthful sensibilities. While senior employees, including myself, have the strength of past experience and knowledge, times are changing rapidly nowadays due to the development of AI and other factors, so we want you to tackle your work with new ideas and sensibilities.
