The training session was attended by over 105 participants, including members from 55 KTC member companies and faculty and staff from our college.
A special lecture was given by Ms. Misuzu Shirotani, representative of Global Hospitality Lab Co., Ltd., titled "Hospitality Skills that Turn Technical Prowess into Value - Common Traits of Companies That Differentiate Themselves, Taught by a CA & Expo Lecturer."
