"Momotetsu" Series Cumulative Sales Exceed 20 Million Units! Expanding Support as a Game Enjoyed Across Generations

Konami Digital Entertainment Co., Ltd. is pleased to announce that the cumulative sales of the "Momotaro Dentetsu" (hereinafter "Momotetsu") series have exceeded 20 million units*.

The "Momotetsu" series is a board game where players become the president of a railway company, travel around various locations, collect properties, and aim for the top total assets. Since the first title was released for the Family Computer in 1988, it has been enjoyed by a wide range of generations for over 37 years. Supported by its accessible gameplay that allows families and friends to play together regardless of age, the series has now achieved cumulative sales of over 20 million units.

The "Momotetsu" series continues to expand, with three titles currently on sale: "Momotaro Dentetsu: Showa, Heisei, Reiwa mo Teiban!", "Momotaro Dentetsu World: Chikyuu wa Kibou de Mawatteru!", and "Momotaro Dentetsu 2: Anata no Machi mo Kitto Aru".
