'SILENT HILL f' is the first 'SILENT HILL' series title set in Japan, created with the concept of 'Beautiful, therefore terrifying.' It is a new 'psychological horror' game featuring a realistic and immersive story and design. Players take on the role of Hinako Shimizu, a high school student living in Ebisugaoka, exploring a town shrouded in fog and undergoing a terrifying transformation, solving mysteries, and fighting to protect herself. While struggling to survive, Hinako faces choices that will determine her fate.

The game's story was handled by Ryukishi07, and creature and character designs were created by kera. The music features Akira Yamaoka, who has composed numerous tracks for the 'SILENT HILL' series, as well as Kensuke Inage, who has extensive experience in anime and game music, bringing together a luxurious staff.

Furthermore, this title achieved three awards, including Game of the Year (GOTY) by fan vote at the 'Famitsu Dengeki Game Awards 2025,' and four awards at 'IGN JAPAN GOTY 2025.' It also received high acclaim at major domestic and international game awards, being nominated in three categories at 'The Golden Joystick Awards 2025' and four categories at 'The Game Awards 2025.'
