Komobility Japan Co., Ltd. (Akasaka, Minato-ku, Tokyo, CEO: Danny Nadri) will exhibit at the "Maintenance & Resilience Expo 2026" (Organizer: Japan Management Association, Supporter: Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism), to be held from July 15 (Wed) to 17 (Fri), 2026, at Tokyo Big Sight (East Exhibition Hall 1-3). Booth number is East Hall 3, 3-Q13. We have begun accepting pre-reservations for on-site experience samples and individual consultations for our preventive maintenance solutions "KomoRoad" and "KomoFix," which have demonstrated cost reductions of 92.3% compared to conventional methods through 20 years of LCC analysis.

Background of Exhibition: Japan's Road Infrastructure at a Turning Point

The majority of Japan's road infrastructure was built during the period of high economic growth, and its deterioration is rapidly advancing. According to estimates by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, maintenance costs for overall infrastructure (12 fields including roads, rivers, and sewage systems) were approximately 5.5 to 6 trillion yen as of fiscal year 2023. If post-failure repairs continue, cumulative costs by fiscal year 2048 are expected to increase by up to 32% compared to preventive maintenance. Komobility Japan advocates for a shift from post-failure repairs, "fixing after it breaks," to preventive maintenance, "protecting beforehand," and proposes new methods for road maintenance in Japan.

Komobility Japan Booth: East Hall 3, Booth 3-Q13

What You Can Experience at the Booth

1. KomoRoad Sample Experience

A preventive maintenance material that prevents road surface oxidation due to UV rays with a 1mm application, extending road life by 5-7 years (up to 10 years in overseas実績). You can experience actual material samples firsthand. It contains 70% recycled aggregate filler, significantly reducing CO2 emissions.

2. KomoFix Live Demonstration

Cold asphalt for ambient temperature application using 98% recycled RAP (reclaimed asphalt pavement). It can be used for pothole repairs to new road construction, and traffic can be reopened within minutes of application. LCC analysis shows that congestion loss costs over 20 years are reduced to 1/48th of conventional methods.

3. Explanation of LCC Analysis Data

Panel displays of 20-year LCC analysis data and comparison graphs with public institution benchmarks (comparison with MLIT, World Bank, FHWA). Differences with conventional methods will be explained with concrete figures.

4. Application Video Screening

Videos of construction実績 in over 50 countries worldwide will be shown on monitors within the booth. You can see the application on airport, highway, and urban roads.

5. Booth Handouts (Booklets)

The following materials will be available at the booth:

Technical Data Sheets (TDS, MSDS, test results from various countries, international standards, special application cases)

Customer Case Studies (customer実績 from around the world, test construction report from Australia)

Komobility Analysis Reports (LCC and CO2 emission analysis)

CEO Comment: Danny Nadri

"The Maintenance & Resilience Expo is a valuable opportunity to meet directly with those working on the front lines of Japan's road infrastructure, and it is also our first full-scale introduction to the Japanese market. Komobility's vision is to lead the discussion on the concept of preventive maintenance. We believe this exhibition is an excellent opportunity to introduce our unique solutions to everyone. At the booth, we want people to experience firsthand how preventive maintenance can achieve both cost efficiency and environmental performance by touching the actual materials. And the best repair is to make repairs unnecessary in the first place. We look forward to fruitful dialogue with road construction companies, local governments, and administrative bodies."
