Wishing to remain a regional lifeline through home centers like "Komeri Power" and "Komeri Hard & Green", Komeri Co., Ltd. - 2004: The birthplace of Komeri was struck by the Niigata-Fukushima heavy rains (July 13 torrential rain) and the Mid Niigata Prefecture Earthquake. Rushing to restore stores and supply materials to disaster victims, the company keenly realized the importance of disaster countermeasures and the need for a wide-area, systematic mechanism.
