This series features transparent bodies for Kokuyo's popular products: the 'Harinacs (Compact Alpha)' no-staple stapler, the 'Hakoake' 2-way portable scissors, and the 'Dotliner' tape glue.

The 'TRANSPARENT MECHANISM' series is a new stationery line that makes the product body transparent, highlighting the beauty of the internal functions. As stationery becomes more advanced, Kokuyo believes that the technology it has cultivated itself has an interesting appeal that stimulates users' curiosity. Users can enjoy the excitement of seeing the internal parts and the beauty of an objet d'art.

Kokuyo has made the bodies of three popular products transparent—the 'Harinacs (Compact Alpha)' no-staple stapler, the 'Hakoake' 2-way portable scissors, and the 'Dotliner' tape glue—while maintaining their original usability, adding a new visual appeal. By adding a slight tint to the transparent resin, a high-quality texture resembling glass has been achieved. The lineup includes four colors: White, Black, Red, and Green.
