Kokusai Kogyo Recruitment Information Session: "Bus Driving Experience & Business Office Tour" to be Held

Kokusai Kogyo Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President: Hiroshi Kurotaki), which operates businesses such as route buses, charter buses, and hotels, will hold a "Bus Driving Experience & Business Office Tour" as part of its recruitment activities on Saturday, April 25, 2026, at the Shimura Sales Office (Itabashi-ku, Tokyo). In past information sessions, participants commented, "I actually got to hold the steering wheel and strongly felt the joy of driving rather than the difficulty," and "I could imagine working as a driver and decided to apply." Many drivers who applied after these sessions are now actively working with us.

This information session will not only provide company overviews and application guidelines but also include a bus driving experience where participants can operate a route bus within the sales office, a tour of facilities such as the drivers' lounge and employee cafeteria, a viewing of our retro bus "Isuzu BU04" route-type vehicle, and a demonstration run of the training course by an instructor. The program is designed to help participants concretely imagine what it's like to work after joining the company.

We strive to create a comfortable working environment through discussions with on-site staff and have obtained certifications such as "Health and Productivity Management Outstanding Organization 2026 (Small and Medium-sized Enterprise Category)" established by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, and "Workplace Environment Certification" established by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism. 【Date】	Saturday, April 25, 2026 ① Morning session 9:30 AM - ② Afternoon session 2:00 PM - *Each session is expected to last approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes. *The afternoon session (2:00 PM -) is only open to those who hold a Class 2 large vehicle driver's license.
【Location】	Kokusai Kogyo Shimura Sales Office (1-7-1 Sakashita, Itabashi-ku, Tokyo) 3-minute walk from Shimura-sanchome Station on the Toei Mita Line (along Loop 8 Avenue) *There is no parking available, so please use public transportation.

【Capacity】	20 people in the morning, 10 people in the afternoon
