Itabashi Tourism Character "Rinrin-chan"

Itabashi Ward's tourism character born in 2008. The name "Rinrin" comes from "rin" (凛), referring to the two elegant flowers of the Anemone nikoensis (Nirinso), and "rin" (林) which evokes greenery, derived from the two "kihen" (木偏) radicals in the kanji for "Itabashi" (板橋).
