Let me share an embarrassing story. After graduating from the University of Tokyo, I was unemployed for a while and worked a part-time cleaning job for 1,000 yen an hour. People probably wondered what I was doing after graduating from such a prestigious university.

At 26, I decided to become a real estate investor, starting with an annual income of 3 million yen. However, it took five years to buy my first property, and for the following four years, I couldn't buy a single building. Loans were rejected, and I couldn't find good properties. After periods of unemployment, he worked in the real estate departments of EY Transaction Advisory Services and Goldman Sachs Asset Management before founding the Real Estate Science Institute in 2016. He started real estate investment with 1 million yen and achieved 3 billion yen in assets. He is a licensed Real Estate Appraiser and Building Lots and Buildings Transaction Agent. As of November 2025, his 'Real Estate Academy' has over 500 students. He also runs a YouTube channel with over 63,000 subscribers.
