## About Koga Software Co., Ltd.

Koga Software Co., Ltd., with its primary management philosophy of "contributing to the development of Japan and the welfare of the Japanese people through computer system development," has continued to grow as a unique R&D-oriented company aiming to solve social issues, not just system development, since its establishment on March 21, 2000.

Japan faces a serious social security system crisis towards 2040, with the "Japanese ship having a large hole in its hull," facing the harsh realities of a 13 million reduction in the working population, a debt-to-GDP ratio of 2.48 times, and social security benefit expenditures of 190 trillion yen. Traditional symptomatic approaches have reached their limits.

Under these circumstances, our company, with the mission of "promoting health through the power of IT and contributing to optimizing medical and nursing care costs," promotes Health Management® and challenges the realization of a sustainable social security system through the development and deployment of the innovative healthcare service "Life Care Compass," centered on EIM (Exercise Is Medicine).
