1. General Overview

Challenges of a Super-Aging Society and "Consideration for Age and Gender Differences"

- Background: Utilization of re-employed personnel due to declining birthrate and aging population, and increased risk of occupational accidents such as falls due to aging.
- Problem Statement: The importance of not only facility maintenance but also visualizing individual "hidden functional decline" with AI and providing individualized supportive management.

2. Solution

Re-Work Fitness Program

- Overview: A digital solution for pre-senior individuals, supporting safe physical conditioning for work.
- Method: Physical function assessment using AI sensors and individualized exercise guidance supervised by physical therapists and health exercise instructors.

3. Demonstration Results ①

Data Showing the Foundation for "Risk-Reduced Re-employment"

- PoC data from Hannan City: 52.5% improvement in lower limb strength (reduced fall risk) and examples of improved basic physical fitness in women.
- Individualized Care: The need for care tailored to individual conditions, such as cases where activity levels are high but flexibility is low.

4. Demonstration Results ②

Data Eliciting "Confidence to Work"

- Gap between Subjective and Objective: The current situation where physical function improves but self-awareness does not follow, and the importance of numerical feedback.
- Self-Efficacy: Over 90% of participants responded that they "gained confidence to work safely."

5. Future Development and Proposals

Shift to "Safety DX" Utilizing AI Sensors

- Call to Action: Proposal for building a "Smart Welfare" system in collaboration with health insurance societies and other organizations, and seeking cooperation.
