Ryohei Kagikawa, Representative Director, Peace Flat System Co., Ltd. After graduating from Chuo University, he joined Shionogi & Co., Ltd. as a medical representative. During approximately five years of employment, he became interested in operational efficiency, self-taught programming, and transitioned to an engineering career. After working on multiple system development projects, he founded his company, collaborating with a development team in Sri Lanka to provide system development and DX support. Believing that “offshore development fails when completely outsourced,” he established a strong Japanese PM team to ensure rigorous quality control. He also hosts the “Offshore PM Study Group,” actively sharing project management knowledge and providing PM support to multiple companies.

Yusuke Inoue, Representative, KOBUSHI MARKETING

Born in Okayama Prefecture. While studying at the Faculty of Education, Chiba University, he founded a music label and artist management company during his student years. As COO, he grew the company to an annual revenue of ¥120 million. Later, he earned an MBA from the Graduate School of Professional Studies at Aoyama Gakuin University. From 2015 to 2018, he worked at digital marketing, media, and system development companies before becoming a freelancer, providing consulting and delivery services for new digital marketing ventures, account management for freelancers and vendors, and operating event and community initiatives centered around the original brand KOBUSHI BEER.
