Yuya Nakashima, Founder & CEO, M&A Sourcing Cloud Inc.

Yuya Nakashima, Founder & CEO, M&A Sourcing Cloud Inc. Born in Tokyo. In his 20s, he ran a small independent business before joining InterSpace Inc. in 2008 with no prior industry experience. By his third year in 2013, he was appointed as the local representative in Thailand to launch overseas operations, achieving profitability within three years before returning to Japan. In 2017, he joined Marblic Inc. (now Circa Inc.), where he led the launch of an ad network business that grew to ¥2 billion in annual revenue within three years. From 2020, he served in Piala Inc.'s president's office, managing investments and M&A, and established Piala Ventures, overseeing fund operations. He left the company at the end of 2023 and currently holds his present position.

Special Guest Introduction

Hiroshi Nakazawa, Representative Director, HRC Inc. Born in Tokyo in 1985. After working in real estate sales, he joined Nextage Inc. in 2008. He led the spin-off of its e-commerce division and became Representative Director of HRC Inc. in 2015. Guided by the philosophy 'Realizing Your Ideal Self,' the company focuses on e-commerce of beauty products, particularly breast care products for women. Flagship products such as the VIAGE Beauty Up Night Bra and LUNA Natural Up Night Bra are distributed globally, with operations centered on its Taiwan branch.
