Mayumi Mizuno, Representative Director, COLOR.as Inc.

Mayumi Mizuno, Representative Director, COLOR.as Inc. Graduated from Waseda University, Faculty of Commerce. After graduating from university, joined All Nippon Airways Co., Ltd. Cabin Attendant Department. After serving on domestic and international flights, she supported overseas sales at an exhibition organizing company, and was involved in product planning, development, and quality control at a cosmetics manufacturer. In 2020, she established COLOR.as Inc., and currently supports second careers for those from the aviation industry.

Hisumi Kashine, Representative Director, SparkNow Inc. Having lived in the US during childhood, she speaks four languages. Graduated from Waseda University, Faculty of Political Science and Economics. After engaging in finance operations at the Treasury Department of Sojitz Corporation, she experienced being a local representative at an overseas development base of a Japanese IT company. She managed 400 engineers and released over 30 services in three years. While serving as representative, she also worked as a PM in new business areas. In 2021, she launched a cosmetic dermatology clinic and expanded to four franchise stores. From there, she challenged the online medical consultation field.
