ChatSense's Box integration allows AI to learn not only text files but also files containing images and charts. The accuracy of the existing folder learning function has been highly praised, and the same level of accuracy is achieved with the new overall search function.

3. Search and Answer Box File Contents Using Natural Language

Previously, retrieving necessary information from Box required understanding the folder structure and finding the appropriate files. With ChatSense's Box Overall Search function, users can simply ask questions in natural language, and the AI will search relevant files across Box to provide accurate answers.

Furthermore, learning data is used exclusively for each company and is not shared for the training of other companies. This ensures that AI trained on internal company data can be used with peace of mind regarding security.
