KnowBe4 Japan Launches Japanese Version of New Feature "Content Generation Agent" for Automatically Creating Custom Security Training Materials with AI

The new "Content Generation Agent" is offered as part of the AI feature suite "AI Defense Agents (AIDA)" and allows users to easily create courseware incorporating interactivity such as flip cards and accordion panels through generative AI simply by inputting prompts. This enables the easy creation of personalized training materials tailored to specific departments and tasks. By combining these with KnowBe4's over 1,700 existing content pieces addressing the latest threats, organizations can implement comprehensive security training programs optimized for their diverse needs.

Key Features

Easy Content Generation with Prompt Input: Simply by inputting prompts, users can generate interactive training content, including comprehension check tests. By specifying the target audience, estimated duration, and navigation tone (conversational, formal, encouraging, etc.), users can achieve easy operation without requiring detailed adjustments.

Selectable Tones: A variety of tones such as formal, casual, colloquial, encouraging/positive, and technical can be selected from a menu to match the target audience. This approach eliminates one-sided instruction and stiffness, ensuring learner engagement.

Courseware Generation from Existing Materials: By uploading internal regulations, policies, or reference documents, users can create unique content that perfectly aligns with their company's operations and industry needs.

Supports Translation into 30 Languages: Generated content can be translated into 30 languages, enabling multilingualization at low cost and in a short time, supporting global expansion.

Character Settings to Resolve Cultural Discrepancies: Users can freely set character names, job titles, and photos for the individuals appearing in the courseware. This eliminates the unnaturalness of directly using overseas content and creates training materials that learners can relate to.

This feature is available at no additional cost to customers with the "Advanced license" for KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training.
