As a result, I suffered from hives, stomach aches, irritable bowel syndrome, and vomiting, to the point where it interfered with my daily life.

My anxious heart eventually made my bag bigger.

'Just in case,' my luggage was always full.

While I praised myself for being well-prepared, somewhere I felt that 'something was wrong.'

With that state of mind, I would fail when it mattered most, be weak in real situations, my life would spin its wheels, and gradually tilt towards unhappiness.

'Why can't I succeed even though I'm trying so hard?'
