・ 01| 52.8% of companies that proceeded with consideration after receiving a sales proposal from a vendor found the "period for considering the next fiscal year's budget (around November to January)" to be a favorable time for positive consideration.

・ 02| The most frequently cited unfavorable time for positively considering a sales proposal was the "period for formulating management policies and mid-term plans."

・ 03| To alleviate the concerns of the board and decision-makers, "case studies and performance data from other companies" was the most helpful at 54.1%, followed by "detailed estimates for maintenance and running costs" at 50.5%.
