[Comfort Hotel Sakai] Concludes Agreement on the Provision of Accommodations for Support Staff and Vulnerable Individuals During Disasters

Greens Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Yokkaichi, Mie Prefecture; President and Representative Director: Yuya Muraki; Securities Code: 6547) concluded an agreement with Sakai City, Osaka (Mayor: Hideki Nagafuji) on Monday, March 30, 2026, regarding the "Provision of Accommodations for Support Staff from Other Municipalities and Vulnerable Individuals During Disasters."

As part of the efforts by Sakai City to strengthen its disaster reception system for large-scale emergencies, this agreement designates the company-operated "Comfort Hotel Sakai" as an emergency accommodation facility. This will contribute to securing lodging for support staff arriving from other municipalities, as well as providing evacuation space for vulnerable individuals, such as the elderly, pregnant women, and others requiring special assistance.

This initiative is part of the "Community Support" sustainability activities promoted by the Greens Group and contributes to the realization of SDG Goal 11: "Sustainable Cities and Communities."
