Certified as a "2026 Certified Health and Productivity Management Outstanding Organization"

(Headquarters: Yokkaichi City, Mie Prefecture, President and CEO: Yuya Muraki, Securities Code: 6547) announced today, March 9, 2026 (Monday), that it has been certified as a "2026 Certified Health and Productivity Management Outstanding Organization (Large Enterprise Category)" for the fourth consecutive year, following last year, under the "Certified Health and Productivity Management Outstanding Organization Certification System" jointly implemented by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry and the Japan Health Council.

■ About the "Certified Health and Productivity Management Outstanding Organization Certification System"

Established by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry in 2016, the Japan Health Council certifies companies based on evaluation criteria. The evaluation criteria assess the extent to which companies are engaged in seven areas of health and productivity management: leadership, organizational culture, health and productivity management initiatives, health management, work environment, social responsibility, and evaluation and improvement.

The "2026 Certified Health and Productivity Management Outstanding Organizations" have been decided.
