KJ Internacional Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Kiryu City, Gunma Prefecture; President: Kenji Maruno; hereinafter 'KJ Internacional') announces that it has acquired a part of the business of Union International Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Honjo City, Saitama Prefecture) as of April 1, 2026.

 ■ Background of the Business Acquisition 

For over 10 years, KJ Internacional has developed a wide range of human resource services for both foreigners and Japanese, primarily in Gunma and other Kanto prefectures.

Union International Co., Ltd., the company from which the business was acquired, is a company with a long track record in the industry, having developed a comprehensive human resources business for many years, mainly in the northern Saitama area. By inheriting the customer base and talent dispatch know-how that Union International has cultivated, KJ Internacional will evolve into a comprehensive human resources service company capable of responding to a wider range of talent needs.

 ■ Three Key Enhancements from the Business Acquisition 

1. Expansion of Sales Area

Expanding the business base from Gunma Prefecture to the northern Saitama area. This will enable service provision over a wider area in the North Kanto region.

2. Establishment of a Comprehensive Human Resources Service System

By combining our strengths, such as multilingual capabilities and cultural understanding, with a solid track record in dispatching Japanese personnel, we will build a system that can comprehensively meet the diverse talent needs of our client companies.

3. Increased Presence in the Human Resources Dispatch Industry

 ■ Opening of KJ Internacional Honjo Office 

With this business transfer, we have newly opened the Honjo Office in Honjo City, Saitama Prefecture.

Using the Honjo Office as a sales base, we will strengthen our sales activities and follow-up system for existing clients in the northern Saitama area.

Employment contract conclusions and labor management will continue to be centrally managed at the head office as before, as we strive to maintain and improve quality and compliance.
