Do you have the following lingering doubts?
Efforts and achievements are not directly linked to promotion or career in the current organizational culture.
In a seniority-based organization, hard work does not lead to evaluation or salary increases.
The evaluation system is ambiguous and causes anxiety.
Will I be able to grow in this environment by the time I'm 30?
Society won't change by just providing one-on-one support...
At Kizuki, you can acquire these skills in your 20s:
Numerical sense and sales skills to ensure support is successful.
Ability to understand and improve business operations and systems.
Fundamentals of business for training and management.
Specialized expertise in facing individuals with difficulties.
Ability to create reproducible "support models."
Kizuki empowers young people to succeed.
No seniority system whatsoever.
Evaluation criteria and career paths are verbalized.
Effort and results are directly linked to promotion and roles.
Therefore, you will be entrusted with responsible positions even in your 20s.
Kizuki's philosophy on support:
Support continues to expand only when it is established as a business.
Model support and create reproducible systems.
Prove the value of support through numbers and results.
The concept of "empathy = sales."
Design to spread individual support to society as a whole.
Recommended for people like this:
Those who want to support people based on data and facts, not on individual-based support.
Those who do not want to give up on results or growth.
Those who want to advance their careers in the education or welfare industry.
