"Want to find a workplace where you can work long-term!" This video is for those who earnestly desire that.
Just looking at job postings makes your heart race and you close the screen...
You can't imagine yourself working well in any of the job postings you see.
If your next job also lasts only a few months, you feel like you have no more chances...
If you are currently experiencing these feelings, this video is for you.
Once you experience a mental breakdown at work, re-employment might feel like a "gamble." But don't worry. The reason you haven't been able to work long-term so far is not because you lacked patience or are a failure as a working adult.
It's simply because you didn't have the methodology to decipher the "company culture" hidden "behind" the job advertisement.
Kizuki Business College (KBC), an employment transition support service, will be releasing a free archive video of a seminar held on Tuesday, April 28, 2026, aimed at preventing black companies and mismatches, and discerning a "safe workplace" for you.

In this video, we will share methods for correctly interpreting "messages from companies" written on job change sites and job advertisements, and techniques for determining if they match your character.
Many people choose jobs based only on "salary" and "working location" and then despair after joining, thinking, "This wasn't what I expected." However, job advertisements always reveal the company's "true intentions."
What kind of words are used in excellent job postings for "people who want to work quietly and steadily"?
What kind of job keywords should "people who are good at following manuals" choose?
In this video, using concrete keywords as examples, we will provide hints on how to distinguish between "companies you should not apply to" and "companies to target."
