"The gap is too long, I'm afraid to take the first step..." Are you carrying these feelings all by yourself?

  • Seeing people your age thriving on social media makes you want to throw your phone away.

  • The more you think "I have to work," the heavier your body feels and the harder it is to move.

  • Right now, I feel like there is absolutely nothing I can write on my resume...

If you are in this darkness right now, please know this: This seminar was not designed to scold you, but to help you find a way out of that darkness together.

Being in a "NEET" state or having a period of unemployment is something that can happen to anyone. It is by no means a matter of "being spoiled" or "laziness."

It is simply that various factors—such as a disrupted daily routine, decreased physical stamina, loss of confidence, or anxiety about social interaction—have overlapped, making it difficult to get started.

Kizuki Business College (KBC), an employment transition support facility, will hold a free online seminar on Tuesday, April 21, 2026, to help make your restart after a period of unemployment a reality.

Program Content

In this seminar, a support professional with 20 years of experience in the welfare industry will share the following three points based on expertise gained in the field:

  • Factors that hinder returning to work/society

  • Steps to move forward at your own pace

  • Case studies of individuals who successfully returned to society

Anyone can find themselves unemployed. You are by no means the only one facing these challenges.

There is no need to make drastic changes all at once. It is perfectly fine to start by simply learning "how to move forward."

If the seminar puts your mind at ease, please take the next step by booking an online individual consultation—available for reservation at the same time—to discuss how to get started.

[Participant-Only Bonus] Online Individual Consultation

A professional will directly answer your specific concerns, such as "What exactly should I start with?" or "How should I explain my employment gap?"

As part of this event, we are offering special individual consultations to be held at a later date.

Even if you feel like you "don't know what to talk about," please rest assured that we will take the lead. Support professionals who have helped many people successfully find employment will conduct the sessions. Please note that you cannot request a specific consultant.

If you are interested, you can select a consultation date and time directly from the calendar within the application form.

It is perfectly fine to "just listen" at first, and if you attend the event and decide "maybe I'm not ready for a consultation yet," you can cancel later.

Consultations are conducted by experienced mental health and career professionals. Even if you "don't know what to talk about," please rest assured that we will take the lead.

Speaker Introduction

Kenta Kato

Manager, Kizuki Business College (KBC)

Joined Kizuki in 2023. Originally, while working as a childcare worker, he became interested in disability support after caring for children with disabilities, which led him to transition into the field of disability welfare.

Feeling a sense of unease with the current situation where support policies are sometimes decided vaguely based on intuition or the experience of supporters, he joined Kizuki as a Service Management Officer with the desire to provide "evidence-based support."

Recognized for the deep trust he has earned from users, he was appointed as the manager of a new location in August 2024.
