Yuka Takano, Supervisor, Learning Support Division
Graduated from Yokohama City University, Faculty of International総合科学部 (Comprehensive Science). Joined the police force after graduation. However, due to the frustration of not being able to engage in the youth support she wanted, she resigned. Joined Kizuki as a second-year graduate. Promoted to manager at the age of 26, after 3 years with the company. An SV who rose through the ranks, having experienced roles as classroom manager and area manager.
Aki Sugiura, Area Manager, Employment Support Division
Experience in system sales at a major human resources company after graduation. Has been interested in international cooperation and social issues since her student days, and joined Kizuki in 2023. Started as a manager at the Osaka school and contributed to the expansion of bases in the Kansai area.
Erika Mori, Manager, Public-Private Partnership Division
Graduated from Shiga University, Faculty of Economics, Department of Economics. Gained internship experience in Africa during her student days. After graduation, she was involved in new product development and marketing at a major general trading company. Originally interested in inequality issues, she joined Kizuki in 2024. She is responsible for sales activities to local governments, PM duties, and member management.
