By simply inputting job type, development theme, target audience, and challenges, the AI proposes training curricula (training plans) by combining over 1,300 training courses within AirCourse, and supports the creation of training design documents and the setup of training programs in AirCourse.
This will reduce the burden on human resource development personnel and managers who previously spent a lot of time on training planning and material selection, enabling them to efficiently proceed from training planning to implementation preparation. It also supports the creation of an environment where continuous human resource development is easier to implement, even for companies that cannot afford to assign dedicated education personnel.
This feature will be offered as a free beta version to AirCourse subscribers. Based on customer feedback, we will continue to enhance and tune the functionality, and while evolving into a more practical and valuable service, we will further improve its value towards the provision of the official version.
