KINUJO Holds Launch Event for 'KINUJO Sapphire Straight Pro,' the Brand's First Hair Iron Specialized for Hair Straightening

KINUJO Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Tomoaki Hamada) held a launch event for the 'KINUJO Sapphire Straight Pro,' the brand's first hair iron specialized for hair straightening, at the KINUJO Studio from March 16 (Mon) to March 17 (Tue), 2026.

Approximately 120 hairstylists active at the forefront of the industry attended the event. Through talk sessions and demonstrations by the stylists involved in the development, the product's features and development background were introduced.

The talk session focused on the theme of 'reproducibility in salon treatments,' featuring co-developers Daichi Aoki (Representative, COA Co., Ltd.), Yuta Teramura (Representative, III Co., Ltd.), and Yudai (Store Manager, COA Omotesando).

The panelists shared insights into the challenges from a professional perspective and the specific design choices made during the two-and-a-half-year development period.

They highlighted features that streamline salon work and standardize technical quality, such as a design that allows even assistants to achieve consistent results and the ability to consolidate tasks that previously required multiple different hair irons into one device.

They also touched upon the product's high versatility, noting its capability to handle not only hair straightening but also delicate styling.
