Now, the Kintetsu Group is bringing its full strength to propose This Senior Residence as a home where seniors can live with peace of mind, health, and vitality.
This Senior Residence will offer high-quality services, including being the first in Kansai to provide hotel-operated restaurant services (*1), the first in Kansai (*2) to introduce a facial recognition system, the co-location of a clinic within the same building, and the co-location of care rooms.
Today, April 2, 2026, we are launching our website and beginning to accept requests for information. In the future, we will open an information salon in June 2026 and begin accepting resident applications.
