Cafe Dining LüDERA (Lüdera), located in Hakone, Kanagawa Prefecture, and operated by Kinnotake Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Hakone Town, Kanagawa Prefecture / President and CEO: Masaaki Yawata, hereinafter Kinnotake), which operates five inns and four restaurants in Hakone Town, Kanagawa Prefecture, will begin offering its summer-limited and new menus to enrich summer stays in Hakone starting Thursday, July 9, 2026.

This summer, following the "Veggie Burger" released in April which has been highly acclaimed by guests both domestically and internationally, the second installment features a limited-time "Chimichurri Cold Pasta (Vegetarian-Friendly)" using a versatile herb sauce originating from South America. Furthermore, we have enhanced our dinner and dessert menus with "Japanese-Style Aquapazza" and "Mocktails (Non-alcoholic Cocktails)" to enrich your evening in Hakone, and "Homemade Tiramisu" to soothe your travel fatigue. We offer a new dining experience that complements your summer in Hakone, from moments seeking coolness during the day to adult night-time enjoyment.

Hakone attracts many tourists from Japan and abroad seeking its rich natural beauty. In April of this year, we launched the "Veggie Burger," which caters to dietary diversity, and it has been very well received by international guests and health-conscious domestic customers, who commented, "It's wonderful to have such a menu available in Hakone."

This summer, to further spread the "joy of everyone sharing 'deliciousness' at the same table," we have developed the "Chimichurri Cold Pasta," made from 100% plant-based ingredients, as our second offering.

The refreshing herbal aroma and sharp acidity with every bite will comfortably hydrate your body heated by the summer. As it contains no animal ingredients, anyone can enjoy it with peace of mind.

[New Dinner] Japanese-Style Aquapazza with Odawara's Specialty "Juro Plum" Aroma

We have combined a gentle Japanese-style broth, rich with the umami of fresh seafood, with Odawara's traditional famous plum, "Juro Plum (Juro Ume)." The Juro Plum's characteristic thick flesh and mellow acidity enhance the rich flavor of the seafood, creating a taste that is refreshing yet leaves a deep lingering finish.

Lüdera has always pursued "experiential value through food" in the land of Hakone. We aim to be more than just a "place to eat," but a place that embraces diverse values and where everyone can spend their time comfortably.

As a new challenge to further expand that experience, we are planning to open a "Craft Beer Brewery" adjacent to LüDERA. We will transmit new value from Hakone as a place that enriches the experience of our own carefully crafted beer, the surrounding food and space, and time. The interior, where you can feel the forest air of Sengokuhara, is a spacious and open space based on the warmth of wood and the green of plants. We offer authentic coffee, original "LüDERA Burgers" made with fresh ingredients, and a wide variety of international cuisine. The cafe is equipped with Wi-Fi, and power outlets are available on the second floor. Pet leash hooks are also available on the terrace seats.
