<an/eddy × KIMONO ARCH> 2026 Spring & Summer Collaboration Works Announced

Yamato Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Takayuki Yajima) brand "KIMONO ARCH" announces a collaboration with "an/eddy", a brand by knit artist Chihiro Hasunuma.

This collaboration features works that can be enjoyed in various ways, not only with Western clothes but also with kimonos.

A one-handle drawstring bag featuring three-dimensional decorations made of cotton yarn by an/eddy, based on ARCH's Katakai cotton and tie-dye fabrics. It features a knit that enhances the plump, bulging form, and the ends of the strings closing the bag have detailed expressions that differ for each piece. With its one-handle design, it is finished in a shape that goes beyond a simple drawstring bag.

An item that can be used not only as a haori string but also as a bracelet.

An obi decoration with a charmingly light, swaying movement, created by knitting multi-colored yarn hand-dyed in Ireland onto the edges of tulle.

The fluffy texture of organza ribbon is tightened with Kyo-kumihimo (Kyoto braided cords) using leftover yarn from production areas, and combined with thick-soled geta.

By adopting the glamorous "pokkuri" style of geta, we propose it as a new type of footwear with a strong presence that crosses Japanese and Western sensibilities.
