Kikuvi Inc. (Headquarters: Kamakura City, Kanagawa Prefecture, President and CEO: Kento Sato, hereinafter "Kikuvi") announces that it will exhibit at Startup JAPAN EXPO 2026, one of Japan's largest startup exhibitions, to be held at Makuhari Messe on April 15 (Wed) and 16 (Thu), 2026 (organized by Eight / Sansan, Inc.).
Our booth number is 15-12.

Background of the Exhibition
The challenges companies face in their hearing operations are becoming more serious every year. Voice of the customer (VoC), voice of the employee (VoE), understanding the actual state of business processes, market research, and exit interviews. Although this qualitative information is what determines the quality of decision-making, the entire process of "question design → implementation → recording → summarization → insight extraction" takes an enormous amount of man-hours, and many organizations are not able to implement it on a sufficient scale.
Kikuvi is a platform that automates the entire hearing process with AI, transforming the time spent on "listening" into time for "judging and acting." In less than a year since its founding in June 2025, the company has exhibited at CES 2026 (Las Vegas, Eureka Park) and is being introduced to major companies in Japan and overseas.
By exhibiting at Startup JAPAN EXPO 2026, where approximately 450 companies are expected to exhibit and 13,000 people are expected to attend, we will create business contact points with more business companies and partner companies and accelerate the DX of hearing operations.
What to expect at our booth
① Kikuvi Platform Demo Experience
Visitors can experience on the spot a series of workflows in which AI acts as an interviewer, automatically asking questions to the subject, recording the answers, summarizing the content, and extracting insights.
② Hands-on demo of quantitative x qualitative hybrid questions
You can have a hands-on experience at our booth with the "Quantitative and Qualitative Hybrid Function" released in January 2026.
In conventional research, it was common sense to choose between "wide and shallow surveys (quantitative)" or "narrow and deep interviews (qualitative)." Kikuvi's hybrid function integrates quantitative questions such as NPS® and satisfaction scores with real-time in-depth interviews by AI. It visualizes "what is happening" and "why it is happening" at the same time in a single hearing.
At the booth, we have prepared an experience flow where AI will delve into the background of your answers in real time, right after you answer a quantitative question (e.g., a 5-point scale). You can experience for yourself the new standard of research that does not miss the "why" of each individual, even in a simultaneous interview of 1,000 people.
③ Introduction to enterprise security support
Kikuvi has established an enterprise-level security system through its track record of implementation in major companies. At the booth, our staff will explain the following security measures directly.
④ Introduction of case studies of large-scale hearings
