It's a gentle-tasting anko where the natural sweetness of rice koji and the flavor of adzuki beans harmonize. Even if you're new to wagashi making, the instructor will kindly guide you, so you can relax and enjoy. A solo performance by Shin'uchi (master rakugo storyteller) Shino'hiko of the Tatekawa school will be held in a special space where you can feel the performer's every breath due to the close proximity to the audience! What is "KIKUSUI Kura GARDEN"?
Kikusui Sake Brewery's exchange hub themed around "fermentation." Located in a storehouse surrounded by greenery on the banks of the Kajikawa River in Hokuechigo, it consists of a lab, shop, cafe, and storehouse.
