This company supports April Dream, which aims to make April 1st a day for announcing dreams. This press release is the dream of the "NPO Japan Wakuwaku Kids Executive Committee."

We, the NPO Japan Wakuwaku Kids Executive Committee (Sumida Ward, Tokyo; Chairperson: Yumiko Makino), have a vision to "create a world full of smiles through exciting experiences."

"Now" for children is an irreplaceable moment that will never return.
Each of these momentary experiences becomes a force that shapes the future.

That's why we deliver experiences that foster "autonomy," where children feel "I want to try" and take action themselves.
We value "authentic experiences" that stimulate the five senses and stir the heart.

And one more thing we value:
"Not letting child-rearing be a solitary journey."

Instead of being confined to just parents and children,
Connecting with the community, connecting with society,
Raising children as a whole town.

We are spreading such a warm cycle by "connecting" events.

Our dream is to increase the number of towns overflowing with "wakuwaku" (excitement) all over Japan.

Children's eyes sparkle,
And adults naturally smile.

Such a future, starting from here.
With all of you.

## The background of our activities comes from our own child-rearing experiences!

Our activities involve conducting experiences and workshops that draw out children's "autonomy."
We value early childhood experiences, emphasizing sensory stimulation and authentic experiences.
Furthermore, we provide places for parents and children to enjoy together.

Instead of "individual parenting" alone, we strive to create a child-rearing-friendly environment for the entire town by connecting with local people and society and helping each other.

This comes from my own child-rearing experience, where I was helped by the community and society.
As a first-time parent, I didn't know left from right, and a teacher I met at a baby massage class, which I attended desperately, encouraged me by saying,
"Shine as a woman, not just as a mom or a wife."

The proprietress of a nearby shop allowed my child to experience shopping alone with "real money" from a young age.

They raised my child as if they were their own.
I remember feeling so much lighter with such a natural thing.

Connecting with society is very important.
If we can connect even a little through events, I want to be a stepping stone to the next connection.
That's why we connect events.
Because exhibitors, staff, and local people might become a source of courage for parents and children.

Acquiring necessary skills while having fun.
We value connecting excitement to interest in our activities.

## What is the Japan Wakuwaku Kids Executive Committee?

The NPO Japan Wakuwaku Kids Executive Committee was established with the aim of contributing to human resource development for the future of Japan by working on town development that connects communities and parents through child-rearing support, and by producing kind children who have acquired the ability to think independently and live resiliently.

・We will create a world full of smiles through exciting experiences.
・We will make child-rearing an activity that everyone in the community can participate in.

Utilizing elements of Montessori education, we support the improvement of "non-cognitive skills" and the development of abilities to thrive in the times. We regularly hold parent-child workshops and events, primarily in Sumida Ward, valuing "this moment" that only happens "now."
